What
You can put on layaway? All Lingerie Items,
Dresses, Evening Gowns, Novelties, Lotions,
Games, that's any item you see on
our Website
and catalogs.
Minimum
Layaway Purchase is $100.00.
The
length of your layaway will be 60 days, starting from the day you
submit your order with your first payment.
If you choose
to cancel your order within 24 hours after you submit your layaway
request. No cancelation fees will be charged.
There is a *$10.00
cancelation fee for all layaways canceled after the first
payment has been made. This will be deducted from your refund.
This is great, I want to start a layaway
order now. What should I do? To place your
layaway order you can send us an e-mail to:
julie@klassylady.com. Please,
provide your Full Name, First and Last with your current mailing address
and telephone number including your area code and the best time to
reach you. We will only call you if we need to.
When e-mailing us your layaway please, list each item following the
example below:
One (1) each #SH3790,
Chiffon BabyDoll, Color: Ivory Size: Small, $33.50. We
accept, Moneyorders, Cashiers Check, Credit Cards
& Personal Checks. *Please, include in your e-mail how you wish to
submit your layaway payments. Payments can be made weekly or
biweekly. You select the dates.
Once we receive
your layaway by e-mail we will total your items, sales tax (for California residents).
Shipping included. Your first payment is 20%
of your layaway total, and is due when you submit your order. If paying
by money order, cashiers check or personal check, you will need to send
this at the time you submit your email request. The balance is
calculated for regular payments to be made within the (60) days until
paid in full. You may pay for your order in full at any time prior
to the (60) days. We will then
send you a confirmation e-mail with a list of your items, order total,
amount due, layaway due dates and payment address and information
according to the method you have choosen. You will be responsible for making your
payments before your layaway due date.
Once your layaway is paid in full we will process your order and ship
your items to you immediately. Normal ship time is approximately
(1) week depending where you live.
